Below are some frequently asked questions we have been asked or have come across over 50 years of selling textiles.
  • Q. Is this fabric durable?

    A. You need to find out what the abrasion or double rub count is.   We do not recommend any upholstery fabric for furniture under  a 10,000 count.   Ask our team, we can help.

  • Q. How do I wash this fabric?

    A. It depends on the cleaning code for that particular fabric, a sales rep can help with this information as well.

  • Q. Can I throw my fabric in the washer & dryer?

    A. We always suggest dry cleaning, but there are fabrics that can be washed, and our sales team can help you identify that specific fabric.

  • Q. Do you warranty your fabrics?

     A.  If there is a valid claim we always do our very best to satisfy our customers, but we are a 2nd, sometimes 3rd party vendor and all claims have to go through a claim process, the results are 100% out of our control.   

  • Q. Will my fabric pill?

     A.  Most likely at some point your fabric will pill, this is NOT a defect in the fabric but a natural reaction to fibers stretching.  

  • Q. If I buy a velvet or chenille fabric can I expect to see uneven wear over time?

    A. Most  hands will react in different ways, you should always flip and rotate your cushions to try and keep the ware as even as possible.

  • Q. Can I return my fabric?

    A.  Once you order your fabric you have 24 hours to ask for a 100% refund, after that you will concur a 35% restocking fee, plus a 2 way shipping and handling fee, if we have cut into your fabric, or already made your upholstery and or slipcover than there is no returning the goods.
