A. You can send us a inspiration photo via email, or some specs of what you want to have us build.
Q. Can you make X,Y,Z piece for me?

A. There’s a 99% chance we can, just email us the details.
Q. How long does a custom piece take to make?

A. Once we have your fabric and all the information we need to build the piece expect about a 4-6 week turnaround.
Q. Is there a warranty on your furniture?

A. We have been in business for over 50 years and never needed a warranty, if something needs repair and it’s within reason, we repair it.

Q. Can you make a piece of furniture to my exact specifications?

A. Yes, that’s our niche, we do not have stock frames, it’s all 1 off custom made.
Q. I saw a sofa I love for $999, can you build me the same sofa for less???

A. Most likely not. Everything we build is made here in the U.S.A, we do not build in mass production, and we do not take short cuts or use low quality materials, think more merchandise mart than Bob’s furniture.
Q. I live in New York, can you ship us the furniture?

A. Yes, we have couriers that can crate and ship this for you, or you can arrange shipping yourself?
